Winter by the fireside and summer in the conservatory...  Each of the restaurant’s spaces offers a wonderful dining experience. Give in to curiosity and take a peek into the open kitchens for a glimpse of the whole team at work. Here, the products are the stars of the show. Chef Stéphane changes his menus regularly, taking his inspiration from the produce he finds on the market, his desires of the moment, and the season. The selection and quality of ingredients are the basis of his cuisine. Flavour and simplicity are the hallmarks of the house. Example dishes: Langoustines mi-cuit in Kari-Gosse curry with grilled peanuts; Crab mimosa and local oysters with smoked cauliflower and buckwheat; Roast monkfish and duo of fennel, lemon oil and organic seeds; Roast lobster in salted butter with raw scallops from the bay...
